Incident history
2026-06-18 — Sandbox nightly reset delayed
The sandbox environment (sandbox.acmepay.duckdns.org) did not reset on schedule. Manual reset completed. Sandbox remains marked degraded while we move it onto the new job runner.
2025-11-09 — Staging load test
Planned load test against staging.acmepay.duckdns.org and staging-api.acmepay.duckdns.org. Basic auth on staging was temporarily disabled for the test window. No production impact.
2025-09-27 — API gateway migration
Public API traffic moved from apigw.acmepay.duckdns.org to api.acmepay.duckdns.org. Old hostname now redirects. v1 clients unaffected.
2025-07-02 — Elevated 5xx on payments
A bad deploy caused elevated error rates for 22 minutes. Rolled back via CI.
